Orders usually ship within five business days, FedEx Ground.
Residential shipments do NOT require a signature at delivery unless customer indicates such a preference in the “notes” section at final check-out.
– HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMELINE
In order to avoid an extra shipping fee, please place your order no
later than Monday, December 11th to insure delivery by Friday, December 22 (latest).
– FEDEX GROUND APPROXIMATE TIMELINES
West Coast: one to two business days
Midwest: three to four business day arrival
East Coast: five business days

– RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If you’d like to return a sign due to damage or you believe it’s defective in some way, please e-mail to explain. We’ll provide a shipping label and, upon receipt of returned item, we will replace your sign if desired or refund the purchase. Please note that returns must be shipped to us within seven business days of receiving your order.
