Can I request my sign be painted on a red barrel stave?
Actually, the majority of the staves are from red wine barrels.
Please use the “Notes” section -which appears at the very- final checkout to indicate if you’d
prefer a golden-brown Chardonnay stave.

Is it possible to request that my stave includes obvious characteristics
caused by the wine making process?
Yes, please indicate your preference for “aged” in the same Notes Section at very final checkout.

Will I receive a design layout before a custom sign is produced?
Unless there’s an obvious issue with our design solution you will not receive a layout ahead of production, but the samples in the Custom Section indicate typical design layouts.

Does Jack actually jump through the barrel rims?
